Our steaks are cut fresh daily from whole beef loins. Each loin is aged at least 21 days to bring out all the flavor a fine cut of beef has to offer. Because we cut all of our meat fresh daily, it is possible that all cuts & sizes may not be available all of the time. This allows us to provide you with the highest quality, freshest beef possible.

Hot Tamales

Made from Doe’s original all-beef recipe since 1941, these tamales deliver authentic Mississippi Delta flavor. Available by the half dozen or dozen, with an optional chili topping for an extra kick.

Shrimp

Broiled or fried with fresh lemon & cocktail sauce. Half dozen or dozen.

Sautéed Mushrooms

Doe’s Skins

Two or Four fried potato skins topped with melted cheddar cheese, bacon, and chives. Served with a side of ranch or sour cream.

Crab & Corn Bisque

A rich & creamy bisque, made from scratch with plenty of real, lump crab meat

Blackened Salmon

An 8 oz Atlantic Salmon filet blackened with a delicious blend of Cajun spice. Served with a side of long grain and wild rice.

Lobster tail

Two 10oz Atlantic cold water tails grilled to perfection. Or add a tail to any meal.

Shrimp Dinner

One dozen broiled or one dozen fried. Half & half – 1/2 dozen fried & 1/2 dozen broiled.

Adult Chicken Strips

Five hand-battered, all white-meat chicken tenderloins with fries.

Kid’s Chicken Strips

Three hand-battered, all white-meat chicken tenderloins with fries.

Ribeye

This juicy, thick-cut steak is a Doe’s favorite, grilled to your liking.

Filet Mignon
